Effective Date: 01/05/2026 — Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order.

1.2 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus and comply with applicable European and international guidelines.
1.3 Applicability and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales of products offered through this website. By selecting the “Accept the General Terms & Conditions” checkbox or by clicking the “Confirm Purchase” button, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. PHONIX LTD reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments will not affect orders placed prior to the publication of the amended Terms & Conditions.
2. Orders
2.1 Placing Orders
Orders must be placed through the online store. If a product is unavailable you may use the “Preorder” feature; we will notify you by email when the item is restocked.
2.2 Order Submission and Reference Number
After submission you will receive a web order number for reference. Receipt of a web order number does not constitute acceptance of the offer to purchase.
2.3 Offer and Acceptance; Cancellation
By placing an order you make an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms & Conditions. PHONIX LTD reserves the right to accept or decline your offer, or to accept a reduced quantity. Once submitted, an order is binding but may be cancelled by you at any time prior to the shipment of the products. To cancel, contact customer service using the website contact methods. Cancellations requested after shipment will not be accepted; such matters are governed by the Returns & RMA procedure.
2.4 Order Confirmation
If we accept your order, we will send an order confirmation by email; the contract is formed from the date that confirmation email is sent. If we are unable to accept your order we will notify you and, where applicable, refund amounts already paid.
2.5 Product Information and Representations
Product descriptions, specifications and images are provided to assist selection. Actual colours, designs and dimensions may vary due to screen display and manufacturing tolerances.
3. Pricing
3.1 Displayed Prices
All prices displayed on the website are shown excluding VAT and other taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3.2 VAT and Taxes
A 19% VAT will be applied only to orders delivered within Cyprus and will be calculated and added to your order total in the shopping cart prior to checkout. Orders delivered outside Cyprus will not be charged VAT; however, the buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties, customs charges and local taxes in the destination country.
3.3 Price Changes
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed on the website at the time you place your order, as confirmed in your order confirmation.
3.4 Additional Costs
Delivery costs, where applicable, will be shown on the invoice and are payable by the customer. Any duties, taxes and clearance fees imposed by destination authorities are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment Methods
Payment must be made using the payment methods displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Available methods may include bank transfer, credit/debit card networks (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, UnionPay, etc.) and Cash on Delivery within Cyprus where explicitly offered.
4.2 Bank Transfer
When paying by bank transfer, include your order number as payment reference and transfer the exact amount within the timeframe stated in the order confirmation (typically within 3 days) to avoid processing delays. Bank account details are provided in the order confirmation.
4.3 Currency
Payments shall be made in the currency shown on your invoice (EUR or USD) and in advance unless otherwise agreed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Carriers and Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated per order. We ship using ACS, UPS and Box Now. Where you provide a valid carrier account number, we may arrange collection using that carrier account subject to carrier acceptance and any applicable charges.
5.2 Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available within Cyprus only and is offered exclusively via ACS where explicitly presented as an option at checkout. Post-payment (payment after delivery) is not offered.
5.3 Delivery Address and Risk
Products will be delivered to the address provided on your order form. Multiple delivery addresses require separate orders. Ownership and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery.
5.4 Customs and Import Charges
The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or clearance charges when a shipment arrives in the destination country.
6. Cancellations & Returns
6.1 Cancellation
Customers may cancel orders at any time prior to shipment by contacting customer service. Requests to cancel after shipment will not be accepted and shall be managed under the Returns & RMA procedure.
6.2 Returns, Refunds and RMA Procedure
Our full Returns, Refunds and RMA policy, including eligibility, timeframes, return shipping instructions, inspection process, restocking fees (if any) and refund methods, is published on the Returns & RMA page. All returns and warranty claims must be processed in accordance with that policy.
7. Warranty
7.1 Standard Warranty
Unless otherwise specified on the relevant product category page, electronic items sold by PHONIX LTD carry a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of delivery covering defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser.
7.2 Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized repair or modification, neglect, normal wear and tear, or consumable items (including but not limited to batteries and cables), except to the extent expressly stated on the product page.
7.3 Claims and Remedies
Warranty claims must be submitted in accordance with the Returns & RMA procedure. If a defect covered by the warranty is confirmed, we will, at our option, repair the product, replace it with the same or equivalent item, or issue a refund. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued.
8. Liability
8.1 Force Majeure
PHONIX LTD shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations where such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, acts of government, war, civil unrest, pandemic-related restrictions, supplier delays, carrier delays, and customs interventions.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PHONIX LTD’s liability for direct damages arising from the sale of products is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected products. PHONIX LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including trademarks, logos, text, images and product descriptions, is owned or licensed by PHONIX LTD. No part of the website may be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
10. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)
10.1 Data Controller

11. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with any documents expressly referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and PHONIX LTD in relation to the sale of products.
