Return Eligibility

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility

  • Products with removed or damaged packaging
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Items marked as non-returnable at purchase

How to Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Email info@phonix.com.cy with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Get Approval

We'll review your request and provide a return authorization within 24 hours.

Step 3: Ship It Back

Pack the item securely in original packaging and ship to our provided address.

Step 4: Get Refunded

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank transfer refunds may take 3-5 additional business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Defective items under warranty are replaced free of charge

Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. This right applies to all consumer purchases made online.
